RESCUE ONE TOWING

Great, all went as planned.

The wrecker arrived within one hour of my call. Initially, the wrecker driver checked my car to see if he could "unfreeze" the gear shift but was not able to move the clutch out of the "park" position.  Since the wheels were somewhat locked by the clutch, he slowly pulled the car up onto the truck bed to minimize dragging of the back wheels.  He was courteous, and professional in hooking up the car.

I called the service and the dispatcher  knew the general location of my home and said that a truck would be there in about 15 minutes. He was spot on accurate. Josh introduced himself and shook my hand and got right to business. Afterward, I paid and he processed my payment and gave me the receipt. A very friendly, pleasant service call in spite of the 12 hour shift that Josh told me he was just ending. Rescue One saved my morning. Even if I didn't make it to the gym, I would still be on time to work.

I could not be happier.  From the call to set it up to the call to let me know it was done the experience was perfect.
I called the day before, set up an appointment for the box to be picked up.  The person on the phone was courteous and helpful.  The service was great, the price was reasonable.  
20 minutes before the appointment time the driver called asking for directions and was at my house a few minutes early.  When Thomas showed up he was very professional, he carefully loaded the box, made it very secure on the truck, and was on his way.
About 90 minutes later he called letting me know the box was at the freight terminal, weighed and ready to be on its way.
From start to finish this could not have gone better.  I found them on this list and wanted to add to their list of good reviews.

While moving to Hendersonville, my brother and his wife were bringing my car down. It died on them in the Tennessee mountains. My brother and his wife were very happy with the driver, the service, and how considerate everyone were to them. They found the problem with my car and gave me options on how to fix it. I will recommend them to everyone I talk cars about.

Called Rescue One to tow my disabled car from my home to a dealership for repair. The person I spoke with on the phone was very polite and seemed interested in helping me. The tow truck was dispatched and at my front door in less time than was originally quoted. The driver quickly assessed my particular situation (tough position to remove the car due to the terrain around my house) and safely moved the car onto the roll-back. The driver was responsive, polite and professional. Fee's associated with this tow were very reasonable. I would definitely use Rescue One Towing again.
