After at least 6 years of acceptable service from these people their staff (last year) used razor blades or other hard implements on our tempered glass windows and doors leaving very noticeable scratches. Toby, the owner, denied that they did it and refused to admit to the damage, after several calls. I, as owner, viewed his staff scraping the glass and told him so. He denied it.

Excellent. Very thorough and capable crew, and were careful not to damage furniture.

I have a lot of windows and the cost does not seem unreasonable to me. They are very good at what they do. They bring out a crew with lots of ladders and get the job done. It takes about three hours to complete the job. They also clean up afterwards.

Arrived at 8:00 am . Began working immediately had workers on the inside and outside of the windows. Took into account that I had film on the inside of the windows, so Toby used the correct solution to account for that. Toby, also,remembers that from the previous times he has done our windows. They scrape and clean thoroughly and are gone in two hours.

It went like clock work as usual. On time, pleasant, careful and good workmanship.

We are located on the side of a mountain. They were reasonably priced. They were extremely efficient. They were very thorough and the quality of the work was pretty exceptional. It is easy to see, as the windows are clean.
