+ -1 moreRay was good to work with. I live in another state and had to communicate through cell phone and e-mail. Ray took pictures of the finished floors and emailed them to me. Once I relocated I got a chance to look at the floors in person and I was impressed with the quality of the work.
Description of Work: Ray removed some old sheet vinyl and some glued-down vinyl tiles and then refinished all of the wood flooring (approximately 1000 square feet) in my house. After removing the vinyl from the kitchen and living room, Ray sanded the wood floors, stained them and applied three coats of clear protective finish. I received bids from five different flooring companies and Ray beat every one of their estimates. The wood floors were approximately 50 years old and some of them were damaged and needed to be replaced. Ray did an excellent job.
