It went so smoothly that I couldn't see how he could have done better. If we had different points of view on a design, we were able to discuss them and resolve the problem in a very satisfactory manner. The entire house was built in only 7 months! At one time, Bobby came to me and said, "Allen, I made a mistake in the estimate for the electric." I asked, "How much are we off?" He answered, "$600." Since that's not much on a project of this size, I replied, "Bobby, if you promise not to make this mistake in the future with people who may be less understanding, I'll 'eat' the $600." Two days later, Bobby came to me and said, "Allen I'd rather take the $600 loss, because I can't promise not to make the same mistake again." WOW! I couldn't give Jacobelly builders a higher rating. He was rock steady, showed up, did a very high quality job, in a timely fashion and stuck to his reasonable price. I'd use him again.
