They were excellent, professional, friendly and wore their masks to observe the COVID19 precautions. I would recommend them to my friends and neighbors. They were hard workers and reasonably priced.

A lot of the technicians are Ukrainians and they are kind of hard to understand, but they definitely know what they are doing. They are great. I had no problems whatsoever.

I have done business with Quality Comfort for about 9 years, They are always responsive and professional. So, when I decided to replace the old oil furnace In a rental house I called Quality Comfort. They came out immediately and provided an estimate that was reasonable. I scheduled the work for the following week. They arrived on time and worked through the day to complete the installation. The next day we had cold air and the system was on line and working well. The crew cleaned up well after the installation. They were efficient, professional and courteous. I will continue to use Quality Comfort for my heating and AC needs.

They must have been an A, we wouldn't have used them again if they weren't.

They are very good at what they do. I think the service agreement is like $250 a year or something like that. It is one of those things you pay upfront then they show up. We have used them for eight or nine years.

We were referred to this company via our home warranty company. Waited several days and didn't hear from them, called and couldn't get on schedule till the following week. They needed to order a part and said they would be back before the end of the week to install. Again, didn't hear anything till we called to follow up. Very frustrating. The final install did go well and they did a good job, but the lack of communication is frustrating.

The firm was prompt in responding to our request for an estimate and for arriving to do the work, staying until the job was done.  It took three visits, however, by an inspector for the work to be approved. He noted that part of the gas line was unsheathed.  I reported this to the contractor, but the inspector noted the correction was insufficient. Another problem came during our attempt to use the dryer.  We smelled gas and discovered that the gas line connection was loose enough that I could tighten it with my fingers.  I called and a technician  came and tightened the line.  After that the dryer worked fine.  We were, however, unable to light the pilot light at the gas log set and called for help. We were told it would be at an additional charge of $70.00.  I complained and was told that it would be my responsibility to call for another service representative, which I did at my cost.  I described the service charge of $900.00 to be fair, as an estimate from another firm was $1,378.18, while another estimate was for $678.00.

They do our annual inspection. They are very fair about their prices. They are very old-fashioned. They are incredible.

The sales guy that came out told me he siliconed every single one of my connections from the oil tank all the way through the fuel line and he told me that he has never seen that in 35 years so I was not thrilled with Quality Comfort. Although they were responsive to my needs, they did not really have the technical ability to figure out what was going on.

Five months after purchasing a home, there was noise coming from the upstairs heating unit and the heat pump did not seem to be working as it should. The home was under warranty and this service provider was the one under contract to respond to the problem. The appointment was set up, but on the day of, I received a call asking that we reschedule due to work taking longer than expected at another location. I explained that we would not be available the following week and the dispatcher said that the technician would be late arriving, but that he would come on that day. I received a call later from the technician to let me know he had finished a job and was on the way. Despite arriving after 5PM, he was cordial, personable, and answered all of my (many) questions. I watched as he located the source of noise and performed a simple repair that eliminated it. He then checked pressure and added a small amount of freon to the heat pump. What impressed me most was the professionalism and the kindness of the technician, who stayed until almost dark seeing that the problems were resolved and my questions were answered. Note that the amount shown was a deductible and that service not under warranty would cost more. I would use this provider again and ask for the same technician.

Quality Comfort responded promptly, i.e. the same day we called the insurance company. The technician was polite and professional. He identified the problem, a defective capacitor and burnt off wire, showed me the defective parts, and made the repairs. The heat pump has worked, without any problems, since this repair. We were pleased with their work and would use Quality Comfort Heating and Cooling again.

The crew arrived on time as scheduled and got to work immediately. They were very professional and courteous, and worked diligently all day. They completed the job that day and had the heat pump up and running by 5 pm. They kept me well informed throughout the project. They removed all of the old parts and completely cleaned up after they finished. I would highly recommend Quality Comfort for any AC/Heating project, large or small.

If your a member, then they move you to the top of the list for repairs. My heat pump is old, and they have fixed it for me and they have never had to come back afterwards. He always explains exactly what is going on before he repairs anything. He is very friendly and personable. He is very thorough, and checks the thermostat and the filter each time he comes out for maintenance.

Mikhail from Quality Comfort Heating and Cooling gave me a quote on Tuesday morning. I accepted his bid and contracted for the work on Wednesday and the system was installed on Thursday without a hitch. The crew as extremely thorough and professional. They saw problems with the condensate line and with the vertical positioning of the old unit and corrected these while installing the new one. They installed a new thermostat as well. Igor and Ivan were the two mechanics who did my installation and I can't say enough about how professional and respectful they are. Overall this was a great experience and I highly recommend Quality Comfort for your AC/Heating needs.
