Computer Repair
From the moment the repair tech showed up the sales pitch began. During his visit he seemed much more concerned with selling us new printers instead of focusing on the repair. In the end, they were not able to fix either printer. I'm looking at the $150 bill and thinking these guys were so worthless why bother to call and dispute it. We took the printers to Duraline Imaging and were very impressed. The only thing Pro Office did correctly was diagnose the power supply was bad on one printer (Duraline cleaned it, Pro Office wanted to replace it). I gave them a second chance and called the manager in the office and politely notified him both printers were still down. The tech called back and it was clear they were in no hurry to resolve our problem and he had the nerve to try and again sell us new printers !
