Pro Automotive
About us
Bruce Campbell has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan State University, and has a work background in heavy manufacturing system automation, primarily for US auto manufacturers and automotive parts suppliers. Following the close of the automation company in 2010 due to the recession, Mr. Campbell chose to combine his frustration with finding a reliable auto mechanic and his passion for and interest in vehicle maintenance and technology into an automotive repair business. Bruce has been able to build a great team around him and direct the focus always toward the individual customer and vehicle, with a specific emphasis on communication and proper diagnosis and repair, correctly and the first time.

"Sorry for this misleading review, as this particular individual is both exaggerating times and amounts, as well as omitting several details in the effort to lend greatest emphasis to his negative claims. This customer was charged $80, not almost $600, for a diagnostic of not only the O2 sensor issue, but for six additional computer and vacuum related issues with which the vehicle initially came to us; the rest of the charge reflects a much needed full tune-up, which was performed as well. While we strive always to properly diagnose and fully repair every vehicle in a single visit, there will be those which may have been poorly maintained or otherwise have multiple issues which must be addressed before being able to perform an accurate, reliable diagnosis and repair of the initial complaint for which the vehicle entered our facility. We regret that this customer left feeling that he was treated poorly, and trust that he will elsewhere find a more agreeable match for his vehicle care in the future."
I can?t recommend Bruce Campbell and his staff at Pro Automotive highly enough. They know what they are doing, they are easy to get along with, they are incredibly competent, very honest, and their services are reasonably priced. They go out of their way to make sure that customers are satisfied.
On one car there had been a persistent problem and it was diagnosed quickly and solved with belts and belt tensioners. Along with fixing problems, the cars were looked over and I was shown other possible upcoming things to be checked in the future. This shop also has additional products that will help both the engine oil, transmission life and better operation of the cars as they are dealers for Rev-X Products, BG Products and Dimple Magnetic Plugs.
This is the place to go if you want to prolong the life of your car, catch issues BEFORE a breakdown and get honest work done at reasonable prices.
