I had full on coverage, so it cost me nothing. They always get an "A". Its Subaru. I would use them again with out a doubt. The best thing about them is the quality of their product. I would tell someone that may be looking to use this provider that they can't go wrong and they are going to get the best service possible. The best service and the best price. It took probably about 90 minutes to complete the work. Subaru did everything during the time that I had my car.

The folks at Tunnel Rd did a great job, EXCEPT for the "loss of acceleration" issue which plagued me when I got to Florida for a vacation. Prestige Subaru had tried various fixes for this very dangerous problem, but nothing worked. In Daytona Beach, FL, the Subaru dealer there had a fix which seemed strange, but we tried it - a new battery. The problem stopped and has never occurred again. When I returned to NC, I called Prestige Subaru and told them what had occurred in FL. The new service manager in NC was very happy to get this information for future reference; he apologized for the troubles I had had; and he looked up the last service call I had had at Prestige, and refunded me for all work that had been done to try to repair the acceleration issue - over $200. Bravo and thanks to Prestige Subaru in Asheville NC for being so fair....and to Subaru of Daytona on N. Nova Rd.in Daytona Beach for finally solving the problem.

I advised the service tech that I believe the gas cap needs to be replaced when I brought the car in, this is because the engine warning lights would go off from time to time. It took 2 hours with a scheduled appointment to replace the gas cap. This was warranty work, no cost to us.
