 + -1 moreThe buyers and buyers' agent were somewhat demanding, and I was sometimes too, but Ms. Steele handled the whole process with grace and professionalism. She represented me well throughout the process, and through the closing as well. I am grateful for her patience and understanding through a stressful time. I would recommend her for any real estate needs that you may have. She is an excellent and discerning broker.
Description of Work: Joye King Steele at Preferred Properties was my real estate broker for the sale of my house in Asheville. She marketed my home to her fellow realtors, provided helpful suggestions, and advertised its sale on-line, in the local newspaper, and the multiple listing service. She coordinated all the showings and minimized disruption to me and my work. We had two very good offers in just 8 days. She was energetic, systematic, and very productive.
