This whole event was precipitated by a very large water bill that was caused primarily from the leak from the water heater which resulted from the faulty pressure reducing valve. They came out and looked at everything right before the big snow and were back the following Wednesday and Thursday to complete the work. They were on time or early and worked quickly and professionally. It was a very pleasant experience and I was told by another plumber that their charges were very fair.

The office was polite, concerned and called when the techs were going to be late due to delays in helping other customers. They arrived later in the evening and saved me from have a very cold, waterless home.

Technician arrived on time and performed all services in a very professional manner. He answered all of our questions and was able to complete the entire job wihtin the 1 hour price quote. A coupon was presented at time of payment and immediately accepted. We are very happy with the completed job. We will use and highly recommend this company in the future.

I've been managing rental properties for many years. Pike plumbing is by far the best plumbing service I have used. Their prices are reasonable but they are also extremely professional, friendly, and well qualified. After the rough in we had several things that needed to be tweaked. Aaron and his guys came out immediately and made the adjustments so that our other projects would not be delayed. During the job, they came across a busted pipe and fixed it immediately at a very reasonable cost. They really did a great job.
I wish I had found these folks years ago.
On a side note, if you are a woman or if your wife/partner will be dealing with these guys, they are very respectful, polite, to the point, and easy to deal with.
I couldn't help but give them an A on everything, but I should say that in my experiences with contractors and plumbers (and I have a lot), their high level of responsiveness and professionalism are pretty unusual. I will keep using this company for sure.

The plumber, who happens to also be the owner of the company, showed up on time and ready to work. He was very professional and friendly. He explained the problem clearly and how it would be resolved. He seemed to work very efficiently and his prices were VERY reasonable. I felt comfortable leaving him in my home to work while I ran out. I would definitely use him again and recommend him.
