+ -1 moreContacted Asheville Phoenix Properties to view a house rental. The agent we were connected with (Tony) informed us that she had one other appointment that day and it would be too much to make it out of the office for anything else. She offered to schedule a viewing the following day. We met her at the home for the designated time and she was promptly waiting with a small dog in tow. She introduced him as the office assistant. At the same time we arrived, another family arrived to view the house as well. When questioned about the double scheduling she informed us that she was very busy and it was difficult to make it out of the office, so when she did she needed to be efficient. Overall we found Tony to be unprofessional and rude. We chose not to look at any other homes with her.
