Awful, to say the least. First of all he added squares to the actual number of squares. It took him several days to do this roof job. His final price was considerably higher than his bid price, as he claims he had to do a lot of sheeting and carpentry work. He has returned to the job twice after many phone calls about leaks. The roof is still leaking severely. He claims he is out of business and cannot honor his warranty. We have contacted another roofing company to fix these leaks. This roof was installed around May 18, 2017 and it was coordinated by Leslie and Associates Property Management Company.

Had to call him back next time we had a hard rain, but he came without hesitation and got the job done.

They showed up when they said they would. They worked all day and cleaned up after themselves and did a great job. They were very friendly and respectful and they included me in everything they did. I also got a great referral from them for gutters.

Great Job by him and his sons. Second roof over the past 20years. They do what they say they will do and do it. Locate company.

They did a professional job. They were on time and we were pleased with the results.

I was really happy. I would use them again. I don't see how it could have gone any better. He was prompt, did what he said he would, did more than he said he would and I was happy with the price.

This job was done in December and January during a bad season for roofing. We had put off the project and finally began to have a bad leak in early December.They worked around the freezing weather and the rainy days as best they could. They showed a lot of flexibility and worked several partial days. They had consistent crew members who showed concern for our job and took care to not damage other areas. They also took on an additional project of removing part of a chimney and this was done with no collateral damage to other areas. The dump truck got stuck in the soft ground and caused some damage which they repaired and covered with straw mulch.

Arrived when promised, finished sooner than anticipated. Left the jobsite clean. Excellent results.

Excellent work. They called back promptly after I left a message for them and came out and gave an estimate on the day and time they said they would. The price came in almost exactly where the insurance adjuster said it should, far below the other three estimates we'd gotten. They scheduled the work for mid August then called and asked if they could do it one week early which was great for us. During the job they found they had underestimated the shingles required a bit and had to send for more. We were not charged for the extra shingles. They were on time, on budget and on schedule. Very friendly people. They did a first rate job and cleaned up so well that had I not been home I would not have known they'd been there, except for the beautiful new roof. I would recommend this company without hesitation to anyone who needs roofing work done.

He did what he said he was going to do. I was uncomfortable with the fact that he did not actually go up onto the roof when he first gave me the estimate. He finally went up on the roof though and did the work. It turned out alright. My experience with this company was not great, but my they fixed the problem. He did not give me confidence in what he was doing, but he did get the job done. So far, I have not had any problems with the work that was done and as long as I don't have a problem I am satisfied.

I found Phillips Roofing on Angie's List, and I was not disappointed. The job was done quickly and well completed without supervision, and not a scrap of debris was left behind.

Job was completed on time and quality products were used. The crew was efficient and hard working. They did an excellent job.
