PDM LANDSCAPING

On the recommendation of a friend I contacted Pearce Mottershead, aka P.D.M. Landscaping, for an estimate on work I needed done on a culvert and drainage/stream bed which was eroding. We met at my property and discussed the job in detail. Pearce then told me that he would get back in touch with me within a few days with an estimate. I never heard a thing from him again, even after following up with a couple of unanswered calls, an email, and a voice mail message requesting the estimate. My assumption is that he does good work, otherwise I wouldn't have been interested in having him give me a quote on the job, but he's shown himself to be less than professional and apparently his word isn't good, otherwise he would have provided his quote as he said he would and he wouldn't not have left me waiting around for nothing. Had I known that he operates in this manner I would never have wasted my time meeting with him to discuss the work in the first place. A simple response to my follow up correspondence telling me that he was unable or uninterested in the job would have been perfectly fine, but instead he just left me hanging. For these reasons I recommend avoiding this contractor.
