I can't tell you how happy I am with Ryan's service. He called me back quickly and I was impressed with him from the first meeting (he's got a picture of Bill Gates hanging on his wall!). It is so obvious that he's very knowledgeable and experienced - and organized! He explained things to me in a way I could understand, but not in a condescending or patronizing tone. He was very patient with me and extremely likeable and professional. He did what he said he would do and apologized for charging me a little more than that he quoted - but it was due to all the updates that presented a major security risk to my computer. He also gave me lots of advice which I am following to the letter. I won't go anywhere else from now on.
