I went in unsure if I was gonna find what I was looking for. Alexa went above and beyond to help me find the car I wanted. The car Meats and surpasses all my expectations. I would definitely recommend!!!

I was looking for a new reasonably priced hybrid. The sales person at Paramont Kia of Asheville, Alexa Keefe was knowledgeable and helpful . Although the model car I was most interested was not present on the lot she was very patient answering my many questions regarding the pros and cons of gas, hybrid, plug-in hybrid and EV.

They were excellent! Both Faith and Alexa helped my family in our search for the perfect and safest car possible! They even went as far as delivering it up to 2+ hours away, and we could not be more appreciative of their service! 10/10 on their end!

A huge thank you to Alexa who treated me graciously and put me at ease during my very first visit to a car dealership. She outlined everything simply and helped me feel supported through the process, as well as gave me lots of options for my limited budget. I did not expect to feel so personally cared for in this type of interaction and although I did not walk out with a car that day, when I am ready, I will be coming back to work with Alexa!

The absolute best experience, ever...buying anything! Evan was extremely helpful, kind, and patient, as I couldnt get to the lot immediately, recovering from surgery. When we arrived, it was like hanging out with old friends. Evan and Shana were top of the line and recommended any and every one, looking for a great new or used car, to see them!

I purchased the maintenance plan with my new car (dumb, I know). Service department was always booked up for weeks ahead for weekend appointments so I couldn't use it. Won't make that mistake again.

I have bought many cars in my 65 years of life and NEVER did one compare to the true professionalism and ease from start to finish as the one I experienced at this dealership. Not even close! Judah is the most personal, caring and professional guys I've dealt with ever actually. He truly listens, is concerned with the buyer's satisfaction and goes out of his way to reflect that. A true asset to this organization! Amanda in finance was also very understanding and professional. Never did I feel pressured into purchasing a single upsell and that is unusual in the car business. She is truly a very caring and understanding finance manager. Then if all of that didn't top it off, there was Alisha that took me thru how to operate all of the technology the manufacturers are loading up in new cars these days. Never did I feel rushed. She explained it all very well. Great job by yet another professional at this dealership. Before you buy anywhere else, give this dealership a chance to earn your business. They certainly earned mine and I'm pretty picky. And where else can you get a better warranty than Kia!?

My bad: when the finance guy didn't tell me there was added cost I assumed it was part of the deal. Never assume! It was a very bad way to end what started well with two young salesmen. I will not recommend this dealership for the shifty way costs were added without open, honest disclosure. Again, my fault for not knowing to ask the right questions. But still: shows what kind of people you're dealing with here.

Andrew Newhouse and Randy Phillips (Sales) could not have been more personable and pleasant when I was with them purchasing a new Kia Soul! I always heard about the "greatness" of the Paramount Kia in Asheville, NC and it is true. You need a car, new or used, rush and let these guys help you!

I have been going to Paramount Kia of Asheville for years now and have purchased 3 vehicles from them by this point. I have always had a pleasant experience with them and, for the last 2 purchases at least, I have worked with Andrew Newhouse and Jordan Ogle. Both are very knowledgeable, friendly, and honest and they are always willing to go that extra mile to make your experience as pleasant and painless as possible. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle and, in particular, recommend both Andrew and Jordan.

I have purchased two separate vehicles (2015 Optima, 2018 Sorrento ) over the last few years and I have always had a positive experience with their team. My last purchase was with Josh Flowers, he was friendly, low pressure, and transparent. I enjoyed working with him and recommend buying a car directly from him. Working with car dealerships historically has not been the most pleasant experience, but working with Paramount was not at all like those past experiences. Additionally, I have used their service department multiple times for routine maintenance on my vehicles and they provide affordable work and great customer service.

Couldn’t be more pleased with Nate, Aaron and the crew there. No high pressure, just good listening to the needs of their customer. Would highly recommend.
