I had to change the stain color due to some water damage but they helped me find a good solution even though it meant they had to strip them again and completely re-stain them. In the end they came out great.

Project: Repair and Refinish Old Floor We needed a repair to the wooden surface of our old pine floor. Aaron of One Stop Floor responded quickly to our request and quickly to the completion of our project. We liked using someone local that in the end offered great expertise in the completed finish of our old floor. We were very happy with the experienced working crew.

Aaron responded quickly to my inquiry. I asked him for a detailed estimate and he provided that. I had 3 other estimates and his was slightly higher than the middle estimate but included other services that the other 3 did not. The lead installer, Jorge, was skilled in the trade and worked with me to overcome some surprises that usually happen during an installation. My wife and I were pleased with the entire experience and I will definitely refer One Stop to anyone needed tile flooring installed.

They changed salesperson, did not notify or call. It made it difficult when installers arrived. The actual installers were great. I would recommend them. My problem was the communication problems with Obe Step Flooring

I wish all service providers were like Aaron at One Stop Floor Shop! He came immediately and is very professional, careful in examining the project, a good communicator and quick in action. His team of workers meticulously prepared the floor of my covered wood porch and expertly installed indoor/outdoor carpeting. The finished job is perfect!. I highly recommend Aaron's services.

Project took 2x as long as their project schedule

Jason and Dennis were very professional. When we had a concern about one small section Jason came out and made it right. I liked dealing with a company that is local. Very easy to contact and work with. I would definitely recommend them to everyone.
