Ray and his helper created a stringer for the back as a brace, supports where needed then wrapped the sides with wood. Since we have oak throughout the house they ordered the additional oak parts needed. The parts were of excellent quality and no skimping was made by Norton throughout the project. The finished product was excellent. The staircase looks great. Norton Builders were great to work with. They gave us an estimate quickly and got to our project quickly. They did everything they said they would do, on time and at a very fair cost. I would use them again.
