Basement Remodel
Very experienced deck builder. It was especially difficult because it was built on a steep incline with two levels connected with two stairways.

He took a lot of money from us but did not do the work. He tore things out so we would need to hire him later to finish the work. He didn't finish anything we hired him to do. What he did do was of poor quality.

Despite encountering multiple quirks and problems in this old farmhouse, Tom was never stumped nor thrown off his stride. He always knew what would work, what was needed and what to do next. Even when measurements were squirrelly, Tom figured everything out and was able to explain to us what was needed and why. He is SMART, funny, and does a terrific job. Always. That's why we call him Tom Terrific.
