I have used them for 2 years. She is excellent and communicates well. She is extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. She did some extra finances for me and she was very quick and very good at getting things where they needed to go. I searched and found good reviews about her. I was as delighted as one can be with a tax preparation process. Diane was careful, highly competent, and kept me and quot;in the loopand quot; as the preparation proceeded. The final product was available before her original estimate even though I was somewhat late getting everything to her because I was changing from my previous accountant (of several decades) due to a very large increase in the cost of his services.
I definitely plan on having Diane complete my tax returns for the foreseeable future. The firm is small, personable, and friendly in addition to providing excellent service at a fair price.

After several years using Diane to prepare my tax returns, it became clear that I was a low priority. My return for 2014 took weeks longer than it should have and Diane was clearly irritated when I called to get an update. My guess is that businesses are welcome, individuals are not. I switched to AVL tax Pros, which is great.
