Excellent job, done professionally, on time and in one day. My wife and I were both amazed how much the wood deck had been restore to look almost new after seven years of weathering. We were quite pleased with both the contractor and his work.

We couln't be happier with the outcome. We recently put our house on the market to downsize.. This is a "killer" buyer's market. Curb appeal (good or bad) makes a first impression. Neil did a subperb job! He was prompt, professional and curteous. He went above and beyond the job description to make that first impression as favorable as possible! His quote was much lower than I was told. When completed I thought the results merrited a greater sum.

Neil Spencer is gifted at deck restoration. We have decks made of epay wood and have them cleaned and stained each year to keep them looking fresh. Last year we used a company other than My Curb Appeal and were very disappointed with the results. The other company used too high a pressure and too much bleach in the pressure washing and the deck took a beating. This year we called Neil back (he had done work for us before). He worked incredibly hard to undo the damage done last year and got the wood to an even, natural state. He then applied a nurishing finish and our deck looks like a piece of furniture...it's beautiful We will use him always. He is an artist at restoring wood. He may cost a bit more than some, but his work is worth it!
