karl came out to my house to give me a estimate initially on the cost of just fixing a rotten area in the bathroom which was very reasonable. Later when he actually started doing the work it turned out that my root problem went further than expected. I consulted with karl and decided to redo the entire bathroom. By this I mean tear all the flooring, walls, and ceiling down. Replacing the subfloor joycess and redoing all the plumbing with pix. karl did an excellent job and i would indeed highly recommend him to anyone.
