Brian is terrific. He is honest and forthright, and he is exceptionally professional, by which I mean he works with pride in his effort and a strong need to make sure everything is to his customers' liking. His work validated all those customer comments I'd previously read.

Brian did an excellent job at all the tasks I relied on him to do. I recommend him with enthusiasm and without any reservations. I have seldom worked with anyone with his level of experience, commonsense and effort, and he always brings a positive attitude towards his work. He is conscientious and gives great value for the money paid.
To be more specific, he provided an excellent cleaning service, both in the every 2 weeks routine cleaning and in the major seasonal cleaning. He was flexible. and always ready to do what needed to be done. He's organized and great at helping me get better organized. He is someone I could completely trust to clean and maintain my home both when I was in town and when I was away. He has a great deal of experience in cleaning, both homes and businesses. I don't know how I could've kept up with my  house without him since I only lived there part time for the last several years that I owned it. He gave me peace of mind when I was gone for months on end, keeping a watchful eye on my home and making sure everything was in good condition when I returned.
Likewise, he got my house absolutely spotless when I put it on the market. He also helped me to sort through many years of accumulated clothing and housewares that were stored in the basement after I moved to Asheville from Atlanta. He helped me take what could be consigned to various consignment shops and take what remained to local charity thrift shops. I directly attribute how very quickly the house sold to his careful oversight of the condition of the house since I was gone when it was on the market.
He is completely trustworthy, and I did not hesitate to leave a key to my house with him. I had used cleaning services for many years back in Atlanta before I came to Asheville, and I had issues with even the best services on occasion. But with Brian's Cleaning Service, I never had any doubts since it was Brian doing the work, not a changing crew.

Brian has cleaned for me for almost 15 years, both at my business and my home.  He is thorough, honest, and dependable.  I can recommend him without reservation.  He is delightful.
