Patrick was awesome and I would highly recommend his process of refinishing floors.  We had lot's of renovation before selling our house and this was by far added the most value to our house.  Mr. Sandless is a franchise that is operated locally by the owner Patrick who was able to complete the job in one day; his helper Austin was also very professional and easy to work with.
