The builders arrived very late morning and stayed until well past dark and finished up the next day. The finished building was full of gaps, riddled with missed screw and nail holes, not built to specifications, not square, lumber missing, not placed properly on property even though there were flags placed to mark location, studs not 16 inches on center as promised, studs standing at angles, and studs were split when being forced into position. When we called to have the building repaired MountainTops told us to contact Custom Buildings in Huntersville and arrange for repairs. Custom Buildings gave us the name of the builder and his phone number for us to call him,tell him what was wrong and make arrangements with him. Most of the repairs were made after many phone calls to supervisors and corporate people. The exterior panels that are riddled with holes have not been replaced and the holes have been simply caulked to cover up the holes. Phone calls not returned and #'s not answered
