They did a great job.They were great. I think that their price was fair. Everything about them would be a top grade. It was fine. We used them because o their prior feedback from other customers. They took half a day to complete the job. There were two workers.

I have used Mountain Marble & Granite for 3 different remodeling projects at my house over the past 3 years, and I am very pleased with their work. In fact, for the last project, I decided to be a "smart consumer" and also checked with some of the competitors to get a price/product comparison. After going to 3 other competitors, Mountain Marble & Granite won out in every way: with customer service, quality of product and installation, responsiveness, and - yes - even price! We were pleased with every aspect of Mountain Marble & Granite and everyone we dealt with along the way: from Jeremy in sales, to Karl who came out to take measurements, Dwayne who did the scheduling, and Lewis, Kent and Max who did the installation. They were ALL professional, friendly, and took the time to do it right. They also spoke highly of their boss, owner Hank Strauss, who has run the company for many years and seems quite supportive to his employees - that means a lot to me to support a local business who treats their employees and their customers with such fine care. I also can't say enough about the guys in the back of the warehouse who cut the stone (I wish I knew all of their names to credit them here). We were allowed to watch the process of their cutting the stone, and it was amazing. The fine product that is throughout my house (the master bath vanity, the fireplace surround, and the kitchen counter) are superb. The expert mitering is amazing as they matched the stone with every turn and the mitered seams disappear! Beautiful work. I will never go anywhere else and give Mountain Marble & Granite my highest recommendations.

These guys did a first class job of fabrication and install and they worked very well with our cabinet contractor and architect. We can recommend them highly enough.

They were good. I thought they were easy to work with and their prices were competitive. The price was reasonable.

This is an update to a previous review that was not positive. We were frustrated because we felt our in our initial contact with the company we did not have a good experience and when we had a piece of marble cut, the selection was fantastic, it was not done as we anticipated and in the time we expected. However, soon after expressing our frustration, the company called and offered services to fix the issues. This tells me the company does care about services and their reputation! With the holidays we have not yet sent the piece back to be fixed but will get back when this has happened.

The staff at Mt. Marble and granite were friendly, professional and did an excellent job installing our beautiful granite counter tops.

Mountain Granite did a first rate quality and professional job from start to finish. At every turn we were treated with respect and professional courtesy and never felt out of the loop. From the assistance given when first choosing the granite to the final installation Mountain Granite displayed the quality workmanship confirming what we had heard about the company. We chose exotics which we got at a much better price then competing companies in and around Asheville. As a result of their overall performance we couldn't recommend them more highly.

I was very satisfied with them. Their work was first class. They were clean. They showed up on time. They were very clear about giving directions on how to care for the countertops. I was satisfied with their price. The quality of their work was very good.

Exceptionally. The up front scope, estimate, quality and timing were all done exceptionally well and professionally. This is the best sub contractor we worked with in up-fitting our new condominium. We were new to the area and Hank and his staff all treated us superbly and honestly.
