They did a good job and we're going to be using them again next year for additional work. We found them to be good. They emptied it out, they put the koi into a fish tank so they could stay healthy and then they pressure washed the entire inside of it, then they filled it back up with the fish back in and gave it a little treatment and the fish were very happy and healthy.

I think initially they were fine and did what we requested but after a while it took them a while to get back to us.  I don’t know whether we were out of their area although the referrals we had from them with from that were given about them from other people were very good.  They did all that and we had a lot of work done and whatever was quoted was exactly what we were charged.  The worker who helped us improve the stone patio did very good work.  He explained to us what the problem was with the original person who had done the work and we were not satisfied with that so he came back as often as necessary to do the job and when it started to go beyond what he quoted he gave us the option of continuing or not and several options in the quote or what it would cost to do an additional service.  As for their responsiveness, that is where the problem comes since they take a while to get back.  I think communication is the most important thing and so if you don’t have that you start loosing.

Troy showed up with a mason & his helper.  They did a good job on the drain system in a timely manor.  We are pleased with the results in the courtyard.   We have no flooding during heavy rains.  Although Troys performance on his own was very lacking.  Now that being said Troy has a great gift of gab.  He will tell you how good he is as long as you are willing to listen.  He did a great job on the patio and a sloppy incomplete job on the walkway.  We discussed prior in detail what I expected and the importance of a smooth or no toe trippers on the walkway.  When he did the walkway he used no sand to steady & level the stone nor did he use any Gator dust to hold them in place like the patio.  Which was in the quote.  So we have moving stones very sloppy walk way that needs to be redone.  He left a terrible mess behind never completed the task agreed on.  Would be gone for days not respond to phone calls or messages by email.  Then show up blame his wife for not telling him.  What a man.  Paid way more than I should have and now spending another $3000.00 to finish up the mess.  No including the pathway.  I would stay clear of Troy Draper.  He is a con artist and dishonest.  Many promisses no action.  He even tried sneaking in and removing some equipment when he though we were out of town.  Well I was still home when he saw me he about had a stroke.   He told me his story and it goes on and on.

He is a good person to deal with.  He does good work.

From start to finish Troy performed the work with professionalism and skill. We are very satisfied with the outcome of this project.

Very nice work - even did the work during a snowfall.

Troy and his crew completed this massive undertaking in a week.
