PSA: Do not take your car to Moss Body Shop for repair work. Their 100% satisfaction guarantee is a complete farce; I mailed them a letter with my remaining issues giving them a chance to make wrongs right and nary heard a word. After being referred to them by State Farm, they caused $1,000 more damage to my car, i.e. all 4 corners of my brand new car were completely scratched with chipped paint. Then they had the audacity to bill my insurance for their mistakes. I still have hundreds of dollars of repairs left because of their shoddy craftsmanship and complete lack of quality control. Lack of quality control = my windshield wiper goes down cleaning off my license plate versus up on my actual windshield. They are quick with excuses, i.e. the glass guy installed the wiper, the tow truck company must have scratched all 4 corners. They tried to pressure me into letting them make the repairs so they weren’t made responsible to pay for another body shop’s corrective work. They are cheats and liars and take full advantage of the fact they have a direct relationship with State Farm Insurance; they get to invoice whatever they want to them. This saga has been going on for over a month and I got to see their true, dishonest colors. Now Moss Body Shop is arguing with the insurance adjuster about the corrective repairs he noted and as the State Farm Rep said, “They are being pushy.” Don’t let their forced smiles fool you. My case with State Farm Insurance is now under investigation.

Wow, they matched the paint perfectly, washed the car so that it shined. The big thing, they vacuumed and cleaned the entire interior . The car sparkled. They were prompt, professional, and did an outstanding job. I was most pleased. I would recommend them to anyone.

This was the forth time we have used Moss on all of our cars. Every time has been EXCELLENT. Repair was perfect as was the paint match. In this business you get what you pay for and I have always thought the value was highly acceptable. Price is always what is quoted and finished on time.

The headlight was replaced but there were scratches on the bumper and dirt in the clearcoat. The guy in theshop had to take it bsck into the shop twice to try to buff the spots out of the paint. After I got home I noticed additional spots in the paint. I am taking the car to a different body shop to correct. My car is just over a month old so this should not have been a difficult fix. If you go to Moss, be sure to really inspect the car before accepting the work completed.

Very nice paintwork and - after some adjusting that I needed to revisit them for - fit. Work was completed ahead of promised schedule. Their claims representative, Steve, was outstanding.I only gave them a B for quality because they didn't get it right the first time but the final result was an A.

I would NEVER recommend Moss to anyone!
I took my truck there to have all the door dings, rock scratches, and parking lot bumps removed. I told them I wanted it to look like it did right out of the show room". The estimator and I went over the truck with a fine tooth comb to identify everything that needed to be done. When they said the truck was done and i went to look at it, only about half of the work that needed to be done was done. Some things never made it to their quote, other things, although I paid for them to be fixed, were ignored completely. In addition to this, there were dents that hadn't been there before and there was paint from another car smeared in many places on the truck. One item in the estimate, when I went to pick up the truck they said couldn't be fixed but when they looked at the first bill and saw that fixing it was on there, they reversed themselves and said they would fix it.We got another estmate to fix the things that I pointed out the first time but never made it to the estimate, they agreed to fix the damage they had done and the things that i was already billed for without charging me. They took 4 weeks that first time.
We then left the truck with them to fix it again. After 3 weeks, they called to say that the truck was ready. When I went to get it the second time, there were still things not repaired. In total frustration and disgust, I paid the bill and took my truck. clearly they didn't understand " make it look like it did when it came out of the show room", nor did they understand professionalism. I also was not going to be charged yet again only to have the more work done that should have been done the first time around and have them charge me even more. When I got the truck home I realized that not only had they left many things undone, but they had also left all of the parts replaced from the second time in the bed of the truck.

We received a written warranty on the workmanship for both repairs. However, several months following the minor repair on my bumper, the paint started cracking in the exact same spot where the dent was repaired. She took the Accord back to show their staff the issue feeling confident they would honor the workmanship warranty. Unfortunately the employee who looked at the cracking paint claims that the car must have been hit again. I don't agree as there is no evidence of additional contact. If I had thought to photograph the previous damage, I would be able to prove that the site of the now peeling paint is exactly where they poorly repaired the bumper. I also wonder if I had been with her, the guys at Moss might not have taken advantage of an unsuspecting woman. I will not do business with Moss again!

I have used them in the past and had liked their service. They are very professional, very helpful and he gave me alternative pricing to see if I wanted to fix one way or another. They are great at breaking down the price of repair and I think they do great work. I think they are very fair but all auto repair is expensive. Comparatively I think they are definitely in the ball park.

They were great. I just drove over there and they gave me an estimate. They told me when they could get me in and how long it would take to do it. The company told me to just drop the car off before 9 a.m. and it would be ready between 3 and 5 p.m. the following day. It was ready at 4:30 p.m. the following day. This company was referred by a car dealership.
