After his no pressure excellent presentation at our initial interview, I grew to trust and appreciate his knowledge of the area and his expertise as a realtor. He was able to just walk through my home and tell me what needed to be removed or rearranged for optimal showing. Mosaic Realty's photographer and writer did an outstanding job of presenting my home for the listing. He was always available to me for support and any questions I had in the process. Mike is a fine, warm, competent and wonderful person. Oh yeah, the house sold the first day.

Mike showed me current and past analyses of the local market so that I could develop a realistic understanding of the homes, neighborhoods, costs, and prices of various parts of town. Additionally, the market analyses also helped guide us in selecting a neighborhood with a higher probability, based on five year trends, of increasing or stable value. We had just moved from a rural area where home prices are lower in the best of times, and this wasn't the best of times there. Mike helped us develop realistic goals and expectations for the Asheville market at the time of our purchase. After we found the house we wanted to buy, Mike helped us through a very complex process in a compacted time frame; he is very well connected in the Asheville business community, and therefore knows a lot of highly qualified professionals in every area related to housing, from legal representation to contractors. 
Mike Figura understands community, and that is perhaps the most important thing to know about him. Mike understands that the people who purchase homes through him are becoming a part of the community his children will grow up in. I was able to meet with them and tell them what type of house we were looking for.  They hooked us up with a database of properties that met our criteria.  When I saw what I liked we scoped it out and they were very efficient.  They were very flexible.  They are a very good community real estate company.  We purchased a house through them for about $120,000.  I liked that they were willing to listen to me and they were not pushy.  They are a very laid back group of people, it was not stressful, it was fun.  The responsiveness was good, they called after hours.
