Took my pick-up truck in for an oil and filter change. Requested they use synthetic oil per the manufacturers specs (previous oil changes for this vehicle have typically cost $45 to $55 at other shops). The morning before my visit to the shop, I called to confirm they had the correct type and weight of oil on hand and was told they did. It turns out they didn't have it and had to order some while I waited. The total bill for the oil and filter change (and and quot;fluid checkand quot;) was $95.14. Never paid anywhere near that much before. Plus, had to request an invoice after I paid in cash.

In terms of quality of work, they did not overfill the crankcase and there have not been any oil leaks.

I will take it to the dealer the next time.

I called for an appointment but they were available at the times I could deliver the vehicle. They were very accommodating and thorough with the inspection. I was out of there within 45 minutes.
I noticed there was some oil leaking from my car and brought it back in to check the cause of the leak. They pulled the front pan and showed me that everything was tight, rather than just telling me. I appreciated their time and cordial service.
