Nobody came out. It was all done online. They knew what they were doing. The results came out very well. I cannot complain. The computer works fine now. They performed good service at a good price. I am happy with them. My overall experience was very good.

STan fixed several computer problems for me including errors with my back-up, checking some program issues, and setting up my all-in-one printer. I had set it up but couldn't get the sacna and fax portion to work. He got everything working and is researching another isuue for me when he gets back to his office. He was punctual and was very respectful of my home and of my pets. I would highly recommend him and his work.
