It went Great!!! My brother sends everyone each year one of the Thomas Kinkaid Limited Edition floral arrangements for Christmas. He sends like 6 or of 7 of these every year for the past 7 or 8 years. The one we received this year DID NOT COME FROM THIS FLORIST -- I WANT TO MAKE THAT VERY CLEAR. It came from another local shop & all the flowers were dead within days (except 2 white carnations) & it was kept watered full each day from the moment it arrived. I called that shop the next day they were open to no avail. The 'owner' was never there & the female who answered the phone was not able to help or give any signs of a positive resolution. You can most likely find their review on Angies list.
Long story short--I & my brother made calls to Teleflora to Let them know of the situation.
I spoke with a representative from Teleflora by the name of Shonda & she apologized & said that she would work on this.
On Dec. 27, the door bell rang & here was this BEAUTIFUL arrangement delivered by MERRIMON FLORIST. It was 29" in length including the greenery & a little over 12 inches in depth (front to back) with a 3" white pillar candle in the center with large red & white roses, carnations & a variety of other holiday trimmings. The delivery man said that it was already full of water & of course to keep it watered which we have done since the day it arrived. Today is January 3rd, 2015 & this arrangement is just as nice today as the day it arrived with the slight exception that the white roses are beginning to fade a bit - 8 days later. WOW!
