Jacob provided excellent service and product at every stage of the process. He worked closely with us to discuss various options (some of which we hadn't considered) given our budget, and found elegant solutions to meet our aesthetic requirements without blowing the budget. For the fence, he designed and installed two beautiful arbors and went beyond our expectations to ensure it was 'dog proof'; for the drainage issues, he identified and installed a simple and affordable solution to what was a challenging set of obstacles; for the rock wall, firepit, and surrounding area he took the original design and used his artistic vision to 'upgrade' the look and feel dramatically. All along the way Jacob was extremely considerate of our many questions and concerns and felt like a partner in making the numerous decisions to balance the budgetary and aesthetic requirements. We have since moved to a newly built house, and look forward to hiring Jacob again for various landscaping and hardscaping projects. We've seen many examples of his water feature work, and are particularly excited to bring his artistic and technical expertise to bear in this area.
