Leafguard of Asheville

I had four different crews come over, and they still are not right. They showed me one size gutter and installed a smaller size, less expensive gutter. I was painting my house so I asked them to wait. However, they showed up unannounced with their truck to make the gutters. I told them they could not install them yet, so they made the gutters and left them in the yard for months. They did not wipe the gutters off after they had been laying in the yard for two months, and my fascia board is white, so it looks terrible. I still have water problems with them, and they are still not installed correctly. I have had trouble with each crew?one crew had two men, one of whom would not get on a ladder over one story, so the other guy had to try to hang the gutters himself. I am still trying to get the gutters put up and they have been very difficult to work with. I went all the way to corporate, and they refused to stand behind their work. They chose to take the side of the franchise owners instead of their customer, and refused to let me even hire a different Leafguard crew to install the gutters, even though the gutters the Asheville crew put up were not graded or installed properly. I will not use this company in the future.
