They do top-of-the-line work. They know what they are doing and they can handle tricky diagnostic situation. They are very polite and professional.

My experience has been excellent.

Larry has been working on my Volvo for several years, he is extremely competent and honest, and I have always been pleased with his work. Once you talk with Larry, Jeanette or Jason you know these are good, honest and hardworking people. Larry has current technology diagnostic equipment and he and his shop staff attend regular training, these are dedicated technicians whose goal is to provide excellent service. The price is in line with all shop rates and the work done has always been appropriate and without errors. Having worked in garages and under the shade tree in my early days, I can tell you Larry is dedicated and above board, I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone. It is too bad the one reviewer felt like she had a bad experience, it's just not what Larry is about.

Larry completed the job quickly, and met the estimate that he provided. He is very knowledgable of European vehicles.

They have done very good work for us. They do excellent work and they are very friendly. They are very expensive. They have done brake work but I don't know how recently that was. We are very satisfied with them.

We had bought the car used. The maintenance records were good up to a point. The 2nd owner provided no records. I had Larry check everything over and that everything for that mileage had been done or tell me what needed to be done. He will tell me what needs to be fixed and what does not and what can save me money. I would never go anywhere near a dealer. The price was far less than what I expected. I was expecting well over twice the cost. I will definitely go back to him.

Larry gave me substantial time and directly relevant, useful information without telling me what to do. That consultation and friendly conversation helped me make my choice, save both of us much wasted time and me a good deal of money. I'd go back in a heartbeat.

I spent about $100 on that last service. My husband took the car in and he was very satisfied and we will go back to them. They seem to know what they are talking about and their prices are reasonable.

As in my previous visits, it went well. The routine service is done with attention and care. They keep track of what is needed in addition to the oil and filter stuff, such as brakes, cooling flush, etc. They seem to always have all the parts in stock. The key word is professionalism - Larry knows this stuff inside and out, particularly given the increase in computer diagnosis, and he will work to correct any problem, often before it arises. In order to use Larry, I have to rent a car for a day, but I gladly deal with that to have someone so reliable, intelligent and trustworthy keeping my car on the road.

He charges what he thinks he's worth. His work is good; I've never had any trouble with it. It was expensive, but worth it because everything worked beautifully. I will continue to see him in the future.

When I take my car in for service, the work is done quickly and professionally. I can talk with the person doing the work, and if there is something needed, not included in the ordinary service, I get a reason and often see the parts that need replacing or need special service. I do not hesitate to rely on both service persons for suggestions and good service. For a car with 263,000 miles, Larry's has kept it in good repair for the last 5 years.

Larry is supremely knowledgeable about my Volvo. The first time he serviced it, he did the oil and fluids but also upgraded all the electronics. It ran much better, including better shift points and even the cruise control. He told me to ignore the dealer about needing brake pads. He also found a cracked mounting piece because they regularly check the battery for charge - and it was low due to the alternator failing on the cracked mount! Larry does much of the work himself and gives a complete print out of what was done. He is also trained in most European brands, such as Audi, Porsche and VW. Knowing he does the work is a great relief.
