LAMB PAINTING

Money was paid, but no services were performed. I paid 1/2 down ($500) so that he could purchase paint at Sherwin Williams and start the job the next day. Never showed. Had every excuse in the book so that he could not get to my project. This was in September '18. Finally winter arrived and it was too cold for painting outdoors. Waited for spring and I can't find him anywhere. Cellphone no longer in service. If anyone knows where I can find this person, please let me know so that I can inform the authorities.

I emptied my living room in preparation, but on the scheduled day he called to say his truck had broken down and that he'd call as soon as he got it fixed. Later that evening he called but could not reschedule the next day as I asked. He had other clients scheduled. I already had my room emptied and cleared my schedule. He rescheduled for 4 days later but never showed or called that day. I left a message on his cell phone and someone called to say he was sick. When he called back to reschedule 2 days later I asked for my deposit back and said I could not reschedule again. It has been 6 days since he promised to stop by with the check. I don't expect I will see it.
