They picked up my computer for repairs, because it wasn't working properly. After they had it for a couple of days they called me to tell me the computer crashed and they would have to rebuild it. He quoted $800 to rebuild the computer and I decided to go ahead with it, because that was going to be my last computer. After the computer was rebuilt they brought it out to my home and hooked it up. I no longer had any of my programs including Microsoft office and publisher and they said there was nothing they could do about it. Not only was I missing programs, but the text on the screen overlapped. They told me that I would have to learn to live with it.
