With a funeral pending, and upon my recommendation, a relative from  Los Angeles  contacted  Kaylynne's Briar Patch Florist  to provide a floral arrangement  to the church.  Both  time of service and address of the church were provided to Kaylynne at this time. This contact was quite specific and involved both emails and phone calls.
The floral arrangement never  arrived at the funeral service.  The day after the funeral I contacted the pastor of the church to see if it had arrived late.   The floral arrangement never arrived.
I spoke personally with Kaylynne Allen today.   According to her, the floral arrangement was delivered to the funeral home, who was asked to take it to the church.  It never arrived.
This problem is currently unresolved.   I feel that Kaylynne was  contracted to deliver the flowers to the church,  at a minimum payment should be refunded and an apology made.   Neither has been offered to date.
I have been a customer of Kaylynne's for fourteen years, and have never hesitated to recommend her to others.  I am disappointed not only in her asking a third party  (the funeral home)  to fulfill her duty, but also with her reluctance to make it right.


12/12/2014:   This problem has been adequately resolved.   Payment was refunded.

She delivered the bouquet. She does a lot of nice things. Last year, she had Christmas trees that we could buy. They were really small ones and decorated already. We could purchase it that way. The wrappings that she does are very pretty. We can buy it without having to worrying about fixing it. She has a good selection. I like her technique how she does the decorating and makes it a little bit different, so we don't find the same old thing that other people have. She is a little bit pricey. She does a good job. She has people working for her. They also do a good job. They deliver when they are supposed to.

They did what was expected of them. I would have been happier if the bouquet had been larger.
