The folks at Junk Recyclers were very nice and easy to work with. They gave an hour window for pickup and called to let us know they'd be coming toward the end of the hour. Estimated the cost on site after seeing the amount of junk we had (it ended up being 1/8 of a truck load). We were also able to use an Angie's List 5% off coupon.
It's refreshing to know that these items will be disposed of appropriately and many of them will be reused!
They even gave us several discount coupons to the resale store owned by the same business, The Regeneration Station.
All around a great experience!

Polite, efficient, professional, fast, dependable...Went above and beyond (even brought a gift, a silver Christmas ornament !) Even though they didn't have a truck available at the time, they rented a truck just for my job.  They were happy to work with me on price when I had extra items and hazardous waste items. I love that they try to recycle as much as possible to keep things out of the landfill.  I WILL use them again and visit their store, the Regeneration Station.

It was good. They were fine. They were reasonable and they were good. I had no complaints whatsoever. They even did a little more than they were supposed to so I got everything.

It went really well once we agreed on the price/amount of space in the truck that the 'big deal' had bought me.  At first they tried to tell me I was only entitled to a certain amount of space, but I pointed out the details of the deal and then the amount of space was increased. In other words, they would have taken advantage of me if I hadn't been on the ball. Once that was worked out, everything went very well.

I was not on site so I am taking this from my contractor and what I found when I got to the site.
I was doing some work on a house, we had collected probably 5 to 6 cu yards of scrap material.  It looked to me like about a pickup truck load, possibly two.  I had planned to use the coupon for another job but that didn't work out so I used it here.  
They arrived, seemed aggravated that it was just scrap material with nothing to be recovered, took about 2 cubic yards of it while being rude to my contractors and left.  I did get a call from him asking if I wanted to pay to have the rest of the material taken at an extra cost.  I was on vacation and did not get the call in time to talk to him.
When I got home and looked at the pile the contractors estimate of what was taken seemed pretty close.  The contractor does a lot of work for me and is normally very straight with me. 
All in all it was a waist of $99

They showed up on time and fit me in a tight schedule on short notice.Everything went great
and I would use them again.

They did a terrific job....punctual, professional, etc.

I initially found Junkrecyclers on Angie's list and had questions about their cost structure.  I called them and Tyler Garrison answered and didn't really answer my questions.  He referred me to their web site which does have cost information, but does not address additional costs such as is noted for construction materials.  After reviewing the web site, I still could not clarify my question about possible additional costs for construction materials.  I called back and left mesages 3 times over several days, with no call back.  I also tried to schedule an appointment on their web site, which really only let me give them my contact information.  I finally went back to Angie's list and paid the $99 special which was a $199 value for 4 cubic yards, or 1/4 of their truck based on the information on Junkrecylers web site.  I requested 3 pick up times over the next two days and did not hear back from Tyler until about 3 days later.  At that time Tyler informed me that the Angie's list price was for their base price of 1/8 of a truck, which their web site offers for $99.  I told him that was not what I signed up for, and I sent him all the documentation verifying the 1/4 truck special.  We scheduled for a Monday morning pick up.  Nick and a driver arrived on time and then informed me that the load may be over the 1/8 of a truck that I paid for.  I again clarified with him the special from Angie's list, and had the documentation printed out for him.  Once he saw it he agreed to the price, they loaded efficiently and and were on their way.   They were pleasant enough to work with except for the fact they seemed not to know (or chose not to acknowledge) the special they had on Angie's list.  I would use them again, but would caution anyone expecting the special $199 value for $99 on Angie's list to make sure they have their documentation in order.

The team was great! They came on time, were incredibly polite, worked h****** a very hot day and cleaned up aafter themselves.

The work was done on two separate days. On each day, two workers (four in all) arrived on time, hauled junk (out-dated canned and packaged food, trash and recyclables) from a second story apartment and loaded them in a truck. It was a hoarding situation and the workers were all kind and respectful to the individual involved. They did not complain about the messiness of the job or the stairs. On the second day, the workers went with us to a second site (no extra charge) and unloaded two storage units. They worked with us to collect recyclables separate from the trash. The pricing (by volume) seemed very fair. We would be happy to hire them again or recommend them to friends.

They were good,there was nothing bad with them and I will definitely use them again. And I was satisfied with the price. they were really quick and very efficient. They were very nice and professional and I would definitely use them again in the future.
