 + -1 moreThe buyers and buyers' agent were quite demanding, but Ms. Steele handled it all professionally and with grace. She represented me well throughout the process and all the way through the closing. The closing had a few hours of unexpected waiting time involved and she stuck with me while waiting too. I appreciated her patience and understanding through a stressful time. I would use her again and whole heartedly recommend Ms. Steele for any real estate needs you may have.
Description of Work: Joye was my real estate broker during the sale of my house in Asheville. She helped me set a realistic price and marketed my home for sale. She created a web page and advertised on-line, advertised to her fellow realtors, the multiple listing service, and the local paper. She coordinated all showings to minimize impact on me and my work, and offered helpful suggestions in preparing for showings. We received two good offers in just 8 days and the house sold quickly.
