I gave him a very detailed report on exactly what I was looking for and he did come through. He negotiated on the price very well for us. Once we were closing, he explained all of the papers that we had to sign in advance, so there were no surprises. When we were moving in the refrigerator had already been stocked for us with a few odds and ends to eat. He also left a gift on the table for us. We thought that was very nice. I thought we got a good deal.
