Jimmy's upcharges for parts. They tell you that you need to repair or maintenance things that really don't need maintenance. They didn't diagnose the correct problem and caused my son 17 year old to break down on 26 - dangerous.

When I got the car back, the light on the cool analog dashboard clock didn't work. Jimmy's hadn't noticed that, and, they were the ones that broke it. I had to drive back down there to get them to fix it. They were reluctant to admit that they had broken the clock, and they seemed reluctant to fix it for free.
They did fix it after several hours.
A couple thousand miles later, the light went out again. I took it to a good body shop here in Marshall and they fixed it, I had had enough of Jimmy's.
If you can't trust Jimmy's to fix a clock, can you trust them to do a tune up?

They were very professional and courteous; very thorough. We have 4 vehicles and all 4 have gone to Jimmy's for various services. They didn't pressure me to have all of the work done that they felt was needed on the vehicles. They explained what was critical and what could wait. Price-wise they are almost as much as going to a dealership but I trust them to be more honest with me. Definitely will continue to use their services.

Travis and his team were on time, professional, and very easy to work with. The cost came in under quote, as they quoted on worst case scenario and luckily the work needed was not as involved. I would certainly use them again!
