Jason did an excellent job

Jason was punctual and professional throughout, from the first visit through the cleanup. He showed up when he said he would. He did what he said he would do. And he really knows tile! He made some suggestions which helped us select a porcelain tile. Then when he was doing the installation, he came up with a beautiful solution to an unexpected challenge. We love the result! He was respectful of our house and careful to avoid damaging or soiling carpets, bathtub, etc. Jason did all the work himself, including pulling out the old carpet, removing the toilet and creating a new edge for the carpet in the adjoining room to ensure a neat transition to our new tile floor. He quoted a reasonable price before he started and that was the price we paid him... No funny business or extra charges. We will definitely call Jason again for any other tile or small home projects he is willing to take on.

The Kohler bath doors came unassembled.  They required fitting to our bath size - measuring, cutting and fitting. Our bath enclosure was tiled - since the doors were - essentially frameless - it required eight (or more) holes to be measured and precisely drilled. We had read reviews of these doors previous to purchasing them and the reviews said that, while the doors were structurally well-designed, the provided instructions were inadequate for a DIY to install the doors. Mr. Wright, using his experience, was able to read the installation instructions and assemble and install the doors  so that they performed perfectly. After the installation was completed, Mr. Wright made sure that any incidental installation debris was removed and the bath area was as clean as before the project was undertaken. Jason Wright had previously performed a tiled kitchen backsplash installation and some repairs on several closet doors so we knew he would do a superior job on this bath door enclosure.

Jason researched to find a product to seal the grout that had been improperly sealed by Lowe's contractors.

He applied the new sealer to 500+sq. feet of flooring.  He traveled from Asheville to Waynesville  until the job was finished. He always arrived as promised and kept me informed during every step. He was meticulous in cleanup and while he was working.

Does excellent work. Very professional and completed the bathrooms in a reasonable amount of time. I would highly recommend Jason. You will not be disappointed.

Jason was very polite and kept me well informed about what was going on. He did a wonderful job and with his knowledge and expertise did an incredible job with the details. I would definitely highly recommend him to anyone.

Jason retuned my call promptly, gave an estimate and set a time for installation. This job took three hours, since he drilled through hard tile with sixteen screws/toggles. All was measured correctly, and the job was done perfectly. I highly recommend Jason, as a friendly, competent person to work with tile as he did in this case.

Many tiles had fallen out because of damp behind the tile and improper backing supporting the tile. Jason checked all the tiles and removed more than 1/2 the tiles around the tub because they were loose. He advised me on how clean up the tiles so that they could be reused, saving $. He removed all the backing down to to the studs and installed proper backboard. Then he reset the cleaned tiles, added some new tile in an attractive decorative feature, fitting in perfectly with the dand eacute;cor. He strengthened the backing for the grab bar and re-installed it. The tile and tub look better than they did before he started. His job has allowed me to retain the look of the bathroom in keeping with the style and age of the house and avoid an expensive remodeling. Jason is a good communicator, easy to work with and very professional. He will be coming back to do additional work for me.

Jason promptly returned all calls before and during the job. This gets him HUGE bonus points over most contractors. I had a leak in my master bath shower and tore out and redid the plumbing and Kerdi board myself with the intent of doing the whole job. I had tiled the floor and the first couple courses, but was burning all my weekend on it so decided to hire someone. I know what it's like to finish someone else's work, but he did not bat an eye and quoted the job...almost exactly what I expected to pay. He came when he said he was going to all but once and he called to let me know that day too. After the first few days, I felt comfortable enough that he had my house keys and worked for probably another week with no one there and I was very ok with that. I will definitely hire him again as he is industrious and trustworthy.

Jason did an extremely professional job installing tile in our bathroom. We used a porcelain tile around the tub and on the floor. The work looks fantastic - other professionals also mentioned how good the tile looked as they were working in the room and we're very impressed with it. Jason also brought in another contractor and they removed wallpaper, painted, and reframed the deck for the tub.
Jason's estimate was very low compared to the actual total price of the job, both in terms of time and budget. I would still highly recommend him, especially for tile jobs, and we'll use him again if we decide to install tile elsewhere in the house, but I wish I had a more realistic idea of the cost and time going in.

Jason was incredibly easy to work with and flexible. When we changed the type of tile used (before he started) he was agreeable to the change and, even though the tile we chose was more difficult to use and more time consuming, Jason accepted the challenge and the end results were far better than we could have imagined. Jason was efficient and paid attention to detail, making clean cuts, ensuring grout lines were level, and leaving the area clean at the end of the day. I would definitely recommend him to anyone and would hire him again.

It went very smoothly. He helped me pick lot the appropriate tiles and grouting color, and provided a lot of great creative ideas. It was an excellent job, and my kitchen looks beautiful. I recommend him without any hesitation.
