We have used Johnny Cook and his son Chad for many years now in our homes and  rental units.
They are a 2 man team. Johnny has been around long enough to understand ANY older heating/cooling system.
They also are willing to respond to our "little" calls for help when they are in the middle of huge projects for others. (They had been on the roof of the Biltmore House before they came over the other evening to rescue us from our mess.)
The Cooks do not suggest "needed" work which is not needed.
They perform a class act with their business.
They will be sending a bill which , as always, will be congruent with time and parts.
I trust them completely with my heating and cooling devices.

Johnny Cook keeps our home and our 3 rental properties Warm and Toasty all winter and Nice and Cool all summer. He and his son just "get it done" quickly, quietly and effectively. I have never been "sold" anything not needed. He gives a true service which is ethical and he knows his stuff when it comes to heating and cooling. We have called upon him for many many years now and will always do so.
He simply can not retire while I am still alive.

John came out promptly to inspect the current system and provided a written estimate.  I appreciated that he gave me options with pros and cons.  He arrived on time, removed and disposed of the old equipment and worked efficiently to finish the installation.  His crew was professional at all times.  I really appreciated that he did a thorough cleanup of the work area - he even mopped my basement floor.  I would highly recommend John and his company to my friends and neighbors.
