First let me say BIllie and her crew are great people, very positive energy and it was a joy to have them around. As for the work performed, the exterior was in pretty bad shape: peeling paint, gaps in wood work, very rough. I had seen Billie's work around town and was highly impressed with the consistent flawless outcomes (this included one commercial project involving stripping of interior wood with subsequent application of stain, polyurethane). I have owned rental property and have used many paint contractors, and after reviewing Billie's work, I knew she was the one for my personal home. Her crew came in first day and it was shoulders to the wheel, they were focused. There was no one standing around, ever. The attention to detail could not have been better, any questions around direction were brought forward. After much scraping, pressure washing, caulking, patching, priming (with primer to prevent further peeling) and painting the outcome was stellar, the house is beautiful, lots of compliments from the neighbors. There are painters and there are master painters, Billie and her crew are definitely the latter, worth every penny. I highly recommend.

They're not as good as the other companies and they're a little more expensive so we don't use them as much.

I found Billie's bid to be very competitive and complete. Detailed breakdown of all costs including prep, materials and labor. Once they arrived they worked steady for several days until they were done. The few small changes we made were received as no big deal and done to our satisfaction. The last couple hours was a thorough look at all they had done with any touch-up that was needed. The result was a very professional job and we would certainly use them again.

Quality was generally pretty good but the price for the interior painting was outrageously high (to be fair, this was compounded by the fact that our remodeling contractor, who dealt directly with Billie, failed to inform us of Billie's estimate for the interior painting, but we had seen her estimate for the exterior painting which, while not cheap, had not seemed out of line). Billie was totally unaccommodating when we complained about the price. We have also discovered that many towel racks, etc. were reinstalled improperly by them after they had removed them.

They did a beautiful job. Nice people.

They took four days, with two to four people. They left no mess and were most considerate of us and our over-active dog. They were good company to have in the house. Excellent experience.

This company, under the direction of Billie ,was outstanding from the very first interaction. This was my third company from which to request an estimate. In addition to being knowledgeable, Billie is also a good listener. When she came, at the date and time promised, it was obvious she wanted to do a job that would meet my expectations and satisfaction. We were able without a lot of "fuss" to agree on the price, color, kind of paint, and sheen of paint. Billie was willing to commit to a specific date for the work to be done and understood my need to coordinate other aspects of the job. She and her crew of 5 others came as expected and completed a rather large and, to me, complicated job in one long day. Her crew is fantastic---courteous, capable, and at all times professional. I felt secure in that Billie had made the original commitments and came herself to follow-up. There was a concerted effort by all crew members to minimize both clutter and the side effects of the prep and painting process. They are a neat and tidy group. The paint job is perfect ! I have already engaged this group to complete work in another area of the house (great room). I would highly recommend this company to all who need a quality paint job. Additionally, the cost was in line with one other estimate I received and lower than the third.

Billie's Painting and Home Services is a first rate organization from the owner to the foreman and each and every employee. The owner came out promptly after I contacted her and gave me an estimate. I obtained a total of five estimates and hers was in the middle and was approximately the price that I had expected to begin with. Weather did not cooperate initially and they were unable to start for a while (it was in January, too cold and wet for exterior painting). As soon as the weather improved, the crew came out and got started. They were very efficient and neat and put all of their ladders up each day. They were careful to not spill paint on the shingles. They were accommodating if I had little requests along the way, even if it was not the way they usually did things. I was very pleased with the process and would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to anyone else.

They were very nice and very efficient.  They came when they said they would come and they finished it when they said they would finish.  I liked them very much and I would recommend them.  They were very good.  The price was a little high, but it was well worth it.

The quality of the job performed was excellent.  Billie Williams is very professional and responsive.  Her painting crews are skilled, quiet, courteous, and focused on the job.  A great bunch of people who take pride in their work.  (We had used Billie's painting service for a complete remodel of our home (interior and exterior) in 2005 and were extremely pleased.  We will try to use Billie's Painting for any needs in the future.)

After I chose Billie as my contractor, I met her at the house on the day they were going to begin painting. Within 5 minutes of arrival, her crew had a tarp spread out in one of the rooms, and all of their equipment ready to go. She and I talked colors and expectations, and when I left a half hour later, her crew had one whole wall mostly caulked! They are very, very efficient, without sacrificing quality.
Although her quote wasn't the lowest we received, I could not be happier that we chose her. I am a firm believer in 'you get what you pay for', and in choosing Billie, we got the best. Not only is the quality of their work wonderful, Billie is very personable, easy to communicate with, and her crew actually seems to enjoy working together. When you have a group of strangers in your house for a few weeks, it's really nice to know that they not only respect your home, but each other.
Billie was also great about addressing the final touch-ups (I'm pregnant, and possibly a little picky about the quality of my "nest." She didn't make me feel bad at all that I wanted it pretty close to perfect (they'd already gotten it 99.9% of the way there themselves!).
The only hiccup in the project was two very old wood doors that I had asked to remain unpainted. Due to a miscommunication among the team, they got primed. But the problem was addressed quickly, they stripped/sanded the primer off, stained them to match the original, and the doors actually look better now than they did when they started.
We will definitely be calling Billie for a quote on the exterior of the house when we are ready to tackle that project.

We were very pleased with her and was very good. She did a thorough, professional job. She's very personable, felt very straightforward and knowledgeable. We though that she's going to start the work earlier but she had been tied up with another job but she did it anyway.

Billie and her crew painted the exterior of my house along with the trim and did a fantastic job.   They showed up on time and completed the job as indicated.   I felt comfortable having the crew on site while I was at work.  
Billie was particularly responsive when there was an issue with the paint itself.  She arranged for the company representative to come to the house to see (and fix) the issue.  
I have since booked them to do an interior job.

Family owned business.  Billie is second or third generation.  Had a team of 6 painters who did the work.  One painter was also the onsite supervisor.  All were polite and paid attention to detail.

Overall, excellent. Billie came almost immediately to give an estimate and started work within a day. All work was completed as agreed. Billie and her team did it right and on time!!

This was the best experience for me. Great people. They spent 2 days preparing and sanding a very large deck/steps. Another partial day staining it. They did a fantastic job and were very very neat. The price was excellent. I will be using them to stain the whole house exterior next spring.
