I was a teacher and my former student is the service manager there and I just felt like they were honest and open and I just felt very comfortable going there. The price was higher than I thought it would be but I haven’t had that much service in a while so it’s hard for me to compare. I had an issue with something and I had a mud dry that was coming off and it was making some noise and I thought there was something major wrong with my engine and it was just some mud guard flapping and they just reattached that for me for free.

When I got home I realized that the were not as clear as expected. I called Den ice and they asked me to bring my CRV back. They had to redo the job a few times to get it right so they lent me a car to use while they worked on it. The lens clean came with a lifetime warranty for $125. I have been using Honda/Acura Service for approximately 8 years. I found them after my dissatisfaction with Appletree Honda. My husband has said my next car will be a Honda BECAUSE of the work & integrity of Honda/Acura Service!

I had to have my tensioner belt replaced and a brake job done. They were open early so I was able to drop my car off before work. They called within an hour of dropping it off to give me a price estimate on what needed to be done, then called me back around lunch time to tell me it was finished. Nice, personalized and professional service. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

We have been using and recommending Honda Acura Service for years. We have two Hondas, including a 1991 Civic with over 330,000 miles on it that they have been servicing for over 10 years, and it's still going strong. As most people know, it's difficult to find a top-notch, ethical car mechanic - because Honda Acura Service provides such good, honest service at such fair prices we bought our son a 2011 Honda Fit and intend to purchase only Hondas in the future just because we want to keep our relationship with them.
