We notified Home Discount Warehouse and the builder as soon as the cracks became noticeable. After many calls and messages were left, the owner (Ken) sent someone out to look at the counters. We were told later that he had told the owner that there was a dent in the sink, probably caused by something heavy falling into it, and that had caused the damage. However there is no dent in the sink.
The builder, Dan Arrowwood told us that it was between us and Home Discount Warehouse but confirmed that there is no dent.
We have called, left messages and talked with the owner who kept putting us off saying he'd call back but never did. It is now almost 2 years since we purchased our home and we are left with cracked granite and the costs associated with replacing it.
Stay away from these people and any builder who uses them. They provide good prices but at the expense of workmanship, reliability and honesty.
