It went very well. Sami and her assistant are wonderful and thorough. They efficiently and quickly cleaned our house. When they left we were amazed at how good our house smelled and how great it looked. We have hired them to come every 2 weeks.

Walter and I want to tell you what a wonderful job the two women did yesterday at our home. My husband keeps saying: "It's amazing!" They were friendly and thorough. We are delighted with our very clean house, and certainly will have them back. We don't know how they managed to make the kitchen floor and the stainless steel refrigerator look new again! Maybe like the best of chefs, they wouldn't share their cleaning secrets. This is what we call thoroughly cleaning a house - and we so appreciate their good work and caring. We're finding little out of the way places that they found and made new again. We want to thank them.

I have used several cleaners in the area and was never fully happy with the job anyone did until I found these guys.  They do a great job and bring 2 people with them so they are quick.  They are very pleasant and flexible when they need to be.  I have referred several of my friends to them.  A+++

FANTASTIC! I'm an overworked, single professional who had let the house go for about 3 years! They came in and worked miracles - FABULOUS job!

It cost about $ 82 for two and half hours for 2 people. They are great. They are thorough. They clean around my pile of stuff and then they put the pile of stuff back. I have been using them for a year and half now.

Last spring, I experienced a series of injuries that kept me off my feet for several months. And one of the injuries involved surgery to my hand. Following that, a serious medical condition developed that kept me in the bed for 2 more months. I was too weak, and did not have the strength or coordination in my hand to take care of serious cleaning in my house. We hired Home Cleaning Professionals to do the "heavy lifting" on a monthly basis and we just try to keep things livable in between their visits. We could not be more pleased with their work, their attitude, or their helpfulness. And on the one occasion when we needed to re-schedule the standing date of our monthly clean, they could not have been more accommodating about the change in routine. After our first call to them, two ladies came out to ascertain how much work was needed and how long it was likely to take. The initial clean was a bigger job and took a little more time, costing slightly more. After that, each month two ladies show up each month as scheduled (with a reminder call each time the day before, confirming that the timing still works for us) and are pleasant and hard-working the few hours they are here. We are always pleased and appreciate the way they take any special requests into account. I would not hesitate to recommend them for any cleaning job.

They worked for two hours and I have three rooms and the price varies accordingly. They did what we wanted them to do and did a good job. They are very prompt. The workers are all awesome and very courteous. I would recommend them to others. I would rate them high overall. I would use them again the future.

This company had cleaned the house previously and done a good job, though the maids got lost and I had to go lead them to the house for the 1st cleaning. I found it difficult to communicate with the maids and the office staff as I don't speak Spanish but gave them a list of things I wanted done. The second time they came back to clean again after renters had stayed for 3 nights. They claim that it took 2 maids 4 hours to clean and charged $35/hr. When I explained that I didn't think it could have taken 4 hours for 2 people to clean the house after 4 adults had stayed 3 nights, rather than explain and list what they did, they said they would not clean my house again. I cannot recommend this company as this type of response is not professional and I think communication is key to good service.

Three ladies arrived and inspected the job site. Then one gave me an estimate and the other two ladies began and did not quit until 5 hours later. They did an excellent job from start to finish. I would heartily recommend this service and company to anyone interested in their service.

They came by on time, looked it over and gave an estimate. They did a really excellent job of cleaning everything. It took them a little longer than expected, so the final price was a little higher. But they did such a good job it was worth it.

I have tried several other cleaning services, some individuals and some companies and have not been satisfied yet until I hired Home Cleaning Professionals. The cleaning staff is very courteous and professional and works EXTREMELY hard and efficiently to get a LOT done in a very short period of time. They cut NO CORNERS and leave my home feeling cleaner and fresher than it has ever been. I am impressed that they are willing to come to Madison County and I am not charged for their travel time. I could not be happier with HCP and highly recommend them to anyone.
