We met at their shop and had initial discussions. Felt favorable.
Went home and read some negative reviews and got a little concerned but the initial meeting seemed so promising we arranged an appointment at our home with Gene and his designer Sandy. They were very attentive and personality wise we all hit it off magnificently.
Next meeting was back at their shop and the quote they gave us was on target with our budget.We placed a small lets move forward deposit.
Designing and details took a while to shake out and finalize then we signed a contract and made a deposit to start work.
A date was set and they showed up on time and went to work. The work team was professional and friendly and worked with us when we felt we needed to make some small adjustments. We were told up front that because of some special requests we had that the time frame of work could not be exactly determined (we were hoping 2 weeks) and it took about 3 weeks to be fully functional and back in the kitchen full time.
We have had only 2 small items to put onto a check list after living in the new kitchen for over a month and they will be returning to address them. We are very glad that we dismissed the negative reviews and definitely recommend Heritage Kitchens to our family and friends.

They were very good. They did an excellent job. Their materials and the workmanship were good. I would use them again in the future if need be.
