They were to come on a Friday. I had taken the day off of work so I could wait for them. They told me they would come at 8:30 am; they didn't show up until 1:00 pm. When they came, they did not have any of the property information with them. The worker instructed me to go inside while they did the job. I noticed that they were putting flags along the fence in my yard, instead of where they were supposed to be on the property lines. When I inquired about what they were doing, the worker said that he had to come back on Monday when he had the paperwork available to him. I had to take Monday off of work, as well. I called the worker at 8:30, and he told me he was running late because of a family illness. He said he would call at 12:30 pm with an update. I never heard from him. I called the office at 12:45 pm and the secretary told me that the worker informed her I would have to get someone else to do the work, because I knew more about the job than he did. I advised that he did not tell me that when I had spoken with him earlier that day. She responded by repeating that I needed to hire someone else.
