I could not ask for a better dumpster service, as the task was large, and 7 dumpsters were needed for the job. I used the Asheboro NC location and Shana and her team made the entire process go exceedingly well. Joe delivered and picked up the dumpsters and he was diligent to make sure everything went perfect. Hats off to Griffin for having such a great group of employees and for the services you so aptly provide!!!

Nathan was Awesome! The customer service far exceeded all expectations for a rental company. Everyone involved was very professional and went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied. I will be using them for future endeavors and have already given glowing recommendations verbally for this company. I searched for the best value, and customer care and Griffin Waste provided both. I spent less for a week than others charged for 3 days. Times for now, are **** ** good days, but the folks at Griffin Waste are a true breath of fresh air and their willingness to work with you is outstanding.

Great! Showed up on time, was courteous and helpful. Equipment was as advertised, they were very careful about placement of dumpster. On pickup day, prompt and quick on removal from site. I'd totally work with Griffin again.

Excellent! The price was more affordable than others, they showed up early, everyone was very nice, and the delivery driver (Tom?) even cleaned up some trash that a neighborhood dog had rummaged through our yard!! Even though my event was last-minute, they made everything such a breeze. I'm glad I can rely on them, making it one less thing to worry about. I would definitely use them again for any event or remodeling project in the future.

These folks seemed to want my business. They answered the phone, were upfront about the price, delivered when they said they would, picked up when they said they would. I was very pleased overall.

They were wonderful on the phone, explaining their fees and helping me figure out the weight of the concrete block retaining wall I wanted them to pick up. They delivered the container the next morning as promised and when it was ready to be picked up, I called them and within a few hours it was gone. Much Much better service and less expensive than any other local alternative.

They dumped the first one and brought us another one. The pricing was reasonable, in line with everyone else. Their whole service was great. They were prompt, brought it out the day we needed it. They were very pleasant, and had great customer service.

I was very pleased with the service and would use them again. They dropped off on day and time that they said and they also picked up the container as scheduled. They were cordial and helpful.

We have worked with the company before and were very satisfied. As far as service goes, they are very good. However, they advertised on their website that the dumpster is $269 and all taxes, delivery etc are included. There is nothing that says some areas are more. I ordered one in Oct 2013 and it was $269.
When I saw the charge come through on my credit card for July 17, 2014 it was for $325. At no time was I told it would be more than the $269. I called and talked to the receptionist. She called me back later and said they had charged me $294 for a container I had rented in January and so would refund $25, but the next time the price would be $325.
What angered me more was that I was overcharged in January - according to the website price, but at the time my husband became ill with a kidney stone and had to have surgery to remove it. I was not paying close attention to the credit card bill - my fault- so it slipped by.
If they advertise $269 complete, then that should be the price. If it is not, then they need to make that clear when one calls to order a bin. I really don't want to use them again because I don't feel they are completely honest, but I might be forced to if I cannot find a better rate elsewhere. One thing is for sure, I will ask what they are charging me before I agree to the rental.

Griffin did an excellent job. Professional on the phone, delivered the dumpster on time, and picked it up as scheduled. Everyone i dealt with on my transaction was very nice. I would definitely use them again.

They were satisfactory. They were okay and they were timely. The employees were all courteous and friendly. I would definitely do business with that firm again. They're the ones who have the most positive feedback when I looked.
